The person who books the cabin must be present for the entire stay, including check-in and check-out.
Reservations may not be transferred or subleased.
If the booking guest is not present at check-in, access to the property will be denied.
Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. Exceeding this limit may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Please ask the host in advance if any visitors will be stopping by.
Only registered guests or host-approved visitors are allowed on the property.
To keep things peaceful and comfortable for everyone, no parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.
For safety and security, there are three exterior cameras on the property:
Front of the house
Back door
Tree facing the front door
These cameras are exterior only. Any attempt to disable, block, redirect, or tamper with them (physically or wirelessly) will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
If more than three vehicles arrive, additional vehicles must be parked off-property.
Please do not park on neighboring properties or along neighborhood roads.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Please be mindful of noise during these hours so everyone can enjoy a restful stay.
If smoking outdoors, please do so away from the cabin and properly dispose of all debris.
To avoid surprises, violations may result in:
$500 fine for indoor smoking
Cost of repairs for any damage
Additional cleaning fees if required
$200 exterior cleaning fee if smoking-related debris must be collected
Please help us by leaving the cabin generally tidy.
Excessive cleaning or excessive garbage left behind may result in a $100 additional cleaning fee.
All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins. Please do not leave trash outside or on decks.
No shoes inside the cabin.
Excessive dirt, mud, or stained linens/towels may result in replacement charges.
If anything is damaged during your stay, please let us know right away — reporting issues early helps avoid extra charges.
Lost pool FOB: $50 replacement fee
Lost remote(s): $50 per item
Firearms, air pistols, fireworks, explosives, or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
Failure to comply will result in immediate removal without refund.
During dry or summer months, a burn ban may be in effect to protect the surrounding national forest.
When a burn ban is active, no fire pit use or open flames of any kind are allowed.
Firewood is not provided.
Violation of burn ban rules will result in immediate removal without refund.
Pets must be house-trained.
Dogs must be leashed outdoors (the backyard is not fully fenced).
Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning fees.
We want everyone to enjoy the hot tub safely!
Proper swimwear only — no clothes, towels, or shoes.
Plastic cups only (no glass).
Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests use the hot tub at their own risk and agree to follow all posted safety guidelines.
Store wet towels and swimsuits in the bathroom only.
Please rinse after use.
Do not place wet towels, swimsuits, or water on linens, furniture, door handles, or wood surfaces.

⚠️ A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if the hot tub must be drained, refilled, or reheated due to misuse.
The cabin is located in a natural, wooded setting. You may encounter insects, wildlife, uneven terrain, or changing weather conditions. Please keep doors closed, food sealed, and supervise children and pets at all times.
Internet and streaming services are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
No refunds are provided for weather conditions, power outages, or road closures beyond our control.
Please use heating, cooling, and utilities responsibly.
Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
A $45 late checkout fee applies if guests remain beyond this time.
We are not responsible for items left behind.
If an item is found, we’re happy to help coordinate its return at the guest’s expense.
The cabin is not child-proofed. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times.
By booking, guests acknowledge that use of decks, lofts, balconies, pool, hot tub, and fire pit (when permitted) involves inherent risk and assume full responsibility.
